2003 Training of local consultants and contractors in rural road spot rehabilitation and labor-based methods in support of a vast road reconstruction and rehabilitation program.


2000 Several missions : assistance to the launching of the next phase of the Antsirabe Training Centre – training of local small contractors, local consultancy offices and communities in the use of labor-based road techniques and local construction materials in buildings (primary schools in the Provinces of Antananarivo and Fianarantsoa)funded by NORAD.


1999 Several missions: Participation in the preparation of the third phase of the "Fonds d'Intervention pour le Développement" (FID), the Malagasy Social Fund (project amount: 80 million US$)
